How do I book my first visit?

Easiest way is WhatsApp — message us, tell us your pet’s breed and what you need, we recommend the best option and time. Confirmation usually within an hour.

How long does a grooming session take?

Small dogs and cats: 2-3hours. Medium and large breeds: 3-5 hours. Cat grooming: 60–90 min. Maine Coons: up to 3 hours. We don’t rush — quality and your pet’s comfort come first.

What if my pet is anxious or has never been groomed before?

We specialise in stress-free grooming. The first visit often includes a gentle introduction session, and our Pet Drying Box is perfect for noise-sensitive pets. Tell us in advance — we’ll plan accordingly.

How does payment work?

We confirm your booking with a deposit (50% for shorter services, 100% for longer ones). Payment by card, Apple Pay or invoice. Full price list available on request.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service price.
